Here is where you can ask any general question about therapy, symptoms or issues that you would like to. Questions (or an edited version of them) will be listed anonymously on this page, along with their answers.

The kind of questions you ask will also help me in deciding what to cover in the Therapist's Blog section.

You might want answers to questions such as:

What's a panic attack?

What's causes that terrible tightness when someone is anxious?

Why can a focus on breathing help lower anxiety in the moment?

How do i know if I'm being bullied?

Why do colleagues often ignore bullying or refuse to support victims of bullying?

What causes depression?

What is mindfulness, and how does it help?

Any question about therapy, or symptoms, or issues, as long as it's a general question can be asked here. However, this is not the place to deal with an individual's personal situation.
